FL-200 has been designed to evoke the features of a competition kart.
Thanks to its lighter weight (130kg), fitted with a rear end cover (designed to protect moving mechanical parts), it's the closest you can get with a rental kart to a racing kart.
In addition, its lighter weight sees a reduction in fuel consumption, simplifies the maintenance of the go-kart, reduces the running costs and leads to increased tyre life. A simplified general management makes for better ease of operation for mechanical repairs, with a longer parts lifespan.
This go-kart is also easy to drive thanks to an adjustable and anatomical positioning of the pedals and it replicates the feel of real kart racing through improved performance and more lateral grip in corners. Thanks to its features, it is the most suitable rental kart to use on both outdoor or indoor tracks.
FL-200 kart is designed for individuals with a height of 1.4 meters or above..
Made from Ø 30x2 mm chrome molybdenum, with additional strengthening at key points. The design is derived from experience gained in racing, to produce a real thrill effect when driving.
Calliper with two Ø 38 mm pistons with road-car derived pads for longer life. Aeronautical standard nylon brake lines, covered in stainless steel weave to withstand over 1000 bar pressure. Hydraulic brake system with steel Ø 180 mm x 17 mm brake disc, fitted to a fully machined aluminium calliper.
Axle made of molybdenum chrome steel with Ø 40 mm x 5 mm thickness, mounted on three bearings.
Spindles with cast stainless steel body, with pressed lever and removable wheel axle by means of a fixing bolt. Steering tie rods made from high grade alloy steel material with aluminium bushes to fix uniball. Eccentric adjuster allow driver to choose the most suitable setup, according to use (indoor track, outdoor track, short, quick, mixed...). Each front wheel is mounted on four bearings to reduce axle loads as much as possible. Angled steering wheel support in pressed aluminium.
Adjustable by means of a cable from a lever on the left side of steering column, which can be operated by the driver, with a range of movement of 150 mm
The plastic rubbing strips protect the extremities of the chassis, connecting all the bodywork elements, so as to absorb impacts and limit damage to the chassis, wheels and the kart's mechanical parts.
Designed specifically to adjust the position of the pedals, according to the height of the driver. By operating the lever, the pedals disengage so they can be set at the ideal driving position.
The seat is plastic, mounted to a steel frame on runners with 4-point safety belt
Ergonomic headrest with rubber padding, complete with safety straps attached to two mounting points.
The karts can be fitted with exhaust silencers tailor-made for the Honda GX 200-270 engines and are designed to increase performance and reduce both CO2 emissions and noise.
