1. The chassis of FR-60K is designed and manufactured according to mini class standards. As a small-scale version of upper class competition karts, it is designed to best fit the size and needs of children between the ages of 7 and 11 years old.
2. The frame is made of 30 mm chrome-molybdenum steel tubes, offering high strength and resistance to deformation.
3. Utilizes automated TIG and MIG welding technology to minimize manual errors, enhancing welding precision and quality.
4. The frame undergoes primary heat treatment, significantly reducing material stress and preventing chassis deformation.
5. Equipped with hydraulic braking system, give unique heat dissipation effects concerning pump and calipers, resulting in reduced brake oil temperatures. The rear brake caliper is forged in two pieces: inside there are two pistons with stroke recovery. It features a 150*12 mm hydraulic floating brake disc, providing sensitive braking effects, fast response, and effectively shortening braking distance.
6. 30*2*950 mm rear axle, paired with CNC-machined aluminum wheel hubs.
7. Lightweight design: The chassis extensively uses aluminum alloy components, including brake carrier, wheel hubs, wheel rims, steering wheel and sprocket carriers.
8. Front torsion bar allows drivers to adjust chassis stiffness according to track conditions.

Vortkart R&D department focused on the use of the high quality materials to ensure an extremely high degree of component efficiency, resulted in a braking system with greatly improved heat dissipation. This lowers brake oil temperature, ensuring consistently efficient braking for drivers in all track conditions. This brake system is with a 150 mm diameter disc.
The newly designed brake master cylinder features an aluminum alloy body and high-temperature resistant rubber seals, delivering immediate braking force at light pedal pressure with no noticeable degradation in performance even after repeated braking.
